"I was very excited to try this strain! And it was pretty good. But :/ over half my cartridge leaked out the bottom. I never had this happen before … it damaged my battery and it no longer works…I also lost out on half my cartridge.. I contacted Himalaya right away. Sent them email with pictures, and they said they would send me a care package. And I never received it. When I wrote back I was told it was sent and to let them know if I got it.. I still didn’t receive the package. My guess is a issue with the mail, and I get that it’s out of their control at that point and I let them know I understand that happens. But that I didn’t get the package.. and no one ever got back to me..I can live without the care package it was just a disappointment to not get any response back.
