Strain Profile

Humboldt Gelato

Humboldt Gelato, also known as “Humboldt Gelato #33,” is an evenly balanced hybrid strain (50% indica/50% sativa) created through crossing the delicious Thin Mint Girl Scout Cookies X Sunset Sherbet strains. Named for the region in which it hails from and its tasty flavor, Humboldt Gelato is often sought out for its vibrant high and long-lasting effects. Much like its namesake treat, Humboldt Gelato packs a sweet and sour creamy citrus flavor with a lightly spicy fruity exhale. The aroma is very similar, with a sour citrusy overtone accented by spicy diesel, peppery fruits and rich earthy herbs. The Humboldt Gelato high will hit you a few minutes after your final exhale, suddenly electrifying your mind with sweet energy and happiness. You'll feel your senses activate as you're filled with focus and mental clarity, able to finally concentrate on things that you need to get done. A light sense of physical relaxation will accompany this happy energetic lift, helping you to feel at ease without causing any sedation. Thanks to these effects and its high 19-23% average THC level, Humboldt Gelato is often chosen to treat those suffering from conditions such as chronic stress, depression, chronic pain, appetite loss or nausea and chronic fatigue. This bud has small grape-shaped minty green nugs with lots of thin orange hairs and tiny white crystal trichomes.
